The Trustees are looking forward to meeting with shareholders and beneficiaries of Omapere Rangihamama Trust, to report on the activities, progress, and aspirations they have been working on over the past 12 months.
To ensure the AGM runs smoothly we have collated some important information for you to review if you plan on attending.
The AGM will be held on Saturday 6 December at Okorihi Marae, Kaikohe starting at 10am with registrations opening at 9am.

Accommodation
The marae will only be open on the Friday night for those travelling to the AGM for those who wish to stay the night. Please bring your own linen, blankets and pillows as there will be no linen available.
AGM Books
AGM books will be available on the ORT website by 1 December 2025 for shareholders & beneficiaries. A confirmed date will be communicated in coming days. Please contact admin@ort.co.nz if you would like a printed copy.
Voting and Proxy Forms
You can find Voting and Proxy Information on the website along with the proxy forms to download here. We request proxy forms to be fully completed, signed and submitted to the Trust Administrator no later than 5pm, Friday 5th December 2025 to allow time to validate each application and swift processing on the day. Please note- on the day of the AGM, applications must be submitted no later than hour before the AGM commences.
Tamariki Safety
We request that all parents/whānau who bring along tamariki on the day, to be mindful of where they play during the day.
Zoom Details
For those who cannot attend the AGM ā tinana, we will have a Zoom hui setup to livestream the AGM on the day. Please note, there will be no ability to korero openly via Zoom, any questions can be made on the chat function or directed to the ORT office email and will be responded to at a later date.
Zoom Details will be shared the week before the AGM.
Kaumatua & Kuia Transportation
If any kaumatua and kuia require transport to and from the AGM. Please send an email to the ORT Office – kiaora@ort.co.nz, including their full name, best contact number and address for pickup/drop off prior to the AGM.
