2025 AGM Book & Important Information

Kia ora e te whānau,

This Saturday is our AGM which is being held at Okorihi Marae, 34 Te Iringa West Road, Kaikohe.

Registrations will open at 830am.

Proxy registrations close 930am.

Registrations close and powhiri begins at 10am.

Please find attached the AGM Book here.

There will be a separate document with the Trusts business activities available at the AGM, as well as online once it is available.

If you would like a copy of the AGM posted out to you, please let me know. I will courier these out early next week.

This year there is a proposal to amend three clauses within the trust deed. These are available in the AGM book.

If you are a shareholder wanting to vote, please ensure you bring ID on the day to register.

If you require proxy forms for whānau unable to attend, I have attached the form for them to complete.

If you are a kaumatua or kuia who live locally and need to be picked up and dropped off, please let me know and well contact you to make arrangements.

We have setup a Teams link for those unable to attend ā tinana. Please note you will not be able to participate openly but we will have the chat open for questions and these will be passed onto the trustees to be addressed either during general business or after the AGM.
